I'm Namrata Dharmadhikari, an HCI master’s student at Indiana University, Bloomington, and a UX Designer and Researcher with experience at Kimberly-Clark, eQ Technologic, and Philips Healthcare.
I’m passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences by deeply understanding user needs through empathy and research. My goal is to design products that not only look great but also solve real problems, ensuring usability and satisfaction in every design.

Kimberly-Clark Internship project
Redesigning an Enterprise Data analytics platform to consolidate data and customize reports to get CRM insights. Methods such as secondary research, initial primary research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing were conducted for the project.
The project involved working with Global sector leads, Digital Marketers and Software developers.
Philips Healthcare Internship project
During the course of the two-month internship, I worked on the User experience design for the surgery C-arm system for the IGT MOS Zenition 70 product.
The brief given was to design an experience for a single big monitor that incorporates the current UI of two monitors into one large monitor.
UX Case Study: Bus Travel Kiosk
The Design process followed for the project is based on the book by Jesse James Garett, ‘The Elements of Interface Design’. The design process is followed in 5 planes where each of the planes signifies a part of the design process for instance user research, market research, information architecture, design system, wireframing and prototyping.
Headspace: UX case study - Social Psychology
The objective was to study and understand the interplay of social and psychological factors influencing the design process of a chosen application and accordingly suggesting recommendations to enhance the user experience of the brand.
My role was to conduct user interviews, perform competitive analaysis and help in designing wireframes for one of the features suggested
